In HoudiniESQ, setting up a Google Apps email account is identical to setting up a Gmail account.
In
Edit Email Setup window, select
Gmail, and enter your Google Apps email account such as
myname@myfirm.com in the
user field, and enter your password in the
password field. Click
Test Email button, click
Save button after it passes the test.
You must enable IMAP in your Google Email account.
You should start to receive your unread email from your Google Apps account in about 5 minutes. Notes, only unread emails are retrieved. Every email you receive, send, reply or forward in HoudiniESQ saves a copy in your Google Apps account. You can use both Google Apps and HoudiniESQ at the same time.
